Instructions for Use: 1. Sit comfortably with your back straight and supported. 2. Place your left arm on a flat surface, palm up, with the wrist at heart level. 3. Wrap the cuff snugly around your wrist, about 1-2 cm above the hand. 4. Ensure the display is facing upwards and clearly visible. 5. Press the START/STOP button. 6.
