Instructions for Use:
1. Sit comfortably with your back straight and feet flat on the floor. 2. Place the cuff on your left upper arm, about 1 inch above the elbow. 3. The cuff should be snug but not too tight. You should be able to fit two fingers between the cuff and your arm. 4. Ensure the air tube is positioned towards the inside of your arm. 5. Turn on the device by pressing the START/STOP button.
6. The cuff will automatically inflate. 7. Remain still and quiet during the measurement. 8. The device will display your systolic and diastolic blood pressure readings, as well as your pulse rate.
9. Once the measurement is complete, the cuff will automatically deflate. 10. Record your readings. 11. Turn off the device.
Recommended Frequency:
Monitor your blood pressure regularly as advised by your doctor. For general health monitoring, taking your blood pressure daily, preferably at the same time each day, is recommended. If you experience any unusual readings, consult your physician.
Additional Tips:
Avoid eating, drinking caffeinated beverages, smoking, and exercising for at least 30 minutes before taking your blood pressure.
Relax and breathe normally during the measurement.
Keep the device and cuff clean and stored properly.
Do not use the device if the cuff is damaged.
