Directions for Use:
1. Wash and dry your hands thoroughly. 2. Remove one Quies wax ear plug from the packaging. 3. Roll the ear plug between your clean fingers to soften and warm the wax, forming a smooth, pliable ball. Do not tear or break the wax. 4. With your opposite hand, gently pull the top of your ear upwards and outwards to straighten the ear canal. 5. Place the rolled wax ball over the entrance to your ear canal and gently press it in to create a seal. Do not insert the wax deep into the ear canal. 6. Repeat steps 2-5 for the other ear.
Recommended Frequency:
Quies Wax Ear Plugs are designed for single use. Discard after each use. Do not reuse. For extended noise reduction needs throughout the day, use a fresh pair as needed.
