I was looking for something that really molds to the ear canal. I've tried a few different brands of moldable silicone earplugs, and these Pic Protect ones are definitely up there. They block out sound pretty well, especially for sleeping. The only thing I'd say is that they can feel a bit sticky at first, but that goes away after a minute or two.

I used to buy a different brand of moldable silicone earplugs, but these are much better. They're easier to shape and they stay in place really well. Plus, the case is more durable. I use them for swimming and they keep the water out perfectly. Very happy with the switch.
