Directions for Use:
1. With clean hands, roll the earplug between your thumb and forefinger to compress it into a narrow cylinder.
2. Reach over your head with the opposite hand and pull your ear upward and outward to straighten the ear canal.
3. Quickly insert the compressed earplug into your ear canal, holding it in place until it expands to fill the canal.
4. Repeat steps 1-3 for the other ear.
Recommended Frequency:
Use as needed when exposed to loud noises or when seeking quiet for sleep, study, or relaxation.
Additional Tips:
