My experience with Audispray Dolo has been positive. I used it as soon as I felt the earache coming on. I warmed the bottle slightly as instructed, sprayed 1-2 times into the affected ear, and laid down on my side for a few minutes. The pain subsided noticeably within about 15 minutes. I repeated this a couple of times during the day and the earache was gone by evening.

Way better than the drops I was using. This spray is much easier to apply, and I noticed a difference within a couple of hours. Worth the money.

I spent ages comparing different earache treatments online before settling on this one. Some were way too expensive for the amount you get, others looked a bit dodgy. This one seemed like a good middle ground, and so far, I'm happy with the results. It's not a miracle cure, but it definitely eases the pain. For the price, I think it's worth it.

Ingredients
It relieves pain and itching in the external auditory canal and promotes healing of ear inflammation.
USE Read the manual.
Adults and children over 12 years of age :
2 drops in each ear up to three times a day. If there is no improvement after 3 days or if you feel that your condition is getting worse, consult your doctor.
Children over 6 months old :
2 drops in each ear up to three times a day.
Use only under the supervision of an adult or doctor.
If after 3 days there is no improvement or if you feel the condition is getting worse, consult a doctor.
If used in children, it is necessary to protect the ear with cotton wool.
This product cannot be used in children under 6 months of age.
For external use only.
Keep out of reach of children.

Directions for Use: 1. Wash your hands thoroughly before and after application. 2. Warm the bottle in your hands for a few moments to bring the solution to body temperature. This will increase comfort during application. 3. Tilt your head to the side, exposing the affected ear. 4. Gently pull the earlobe outwards and upwards for adults, or downwards and backwards for children, to straighten the ear canal. 5. Insert the tip of the bottle into the ear canal, being careful not to insert it too deeply. 6. Administer the recommended number of drops. 7. Keep your head tilted for a few minutes to allow the solution to penetrate the ear canal. 8. Repeat the process for the other ear if necessary. 9. Replace the cap securely after each use.
Recommended Frequency: Adults and children over 12 years of age: 2 drops in each affected ear up to three times a day. Children over 6 months old: 2 drops in each affected ear up to three times a day, only under adult or doctor supervision. Do not use in children under 6 months of age.
Additional Tips: Consult a doctor if there is no improvement after 3 days of use, or if symptoms worsen. For children, it is recommended to protect the ear with cotton wool after application. This product is for external use only. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if the eardrum is perforated or if you are allergic to any of the ingredients.
