Place the Scholl GelActiv Insoles Everyday Heels inside your shoes, ensuring the gel cushioning is positioned under the ball and arch of your foot. 4. The insoles are marked for left (L) and right (R) feet; ensure correct placement. 5. If necessary, trim the insoles to fit your shoes. Follow the trimming guidelines printed on the insole, using your original insole as a template.
Recommended frequency: For all-day comfort and support, wear the insoles daily with shoes that have heels up to 8cm.
