How to Use: 1. Remove existing insoles from your shoes if present. 2. Place the Dr. Scholl Insole Knee Size S on top of the existing insole or on the bottom of the shoe, ensuring the heel cup of the insole aligns with the heel area of the shoe. 3. If necessary, trim the insole to fit your shoe perfectly, following the trim lines provided if available. 4. Insert your foot into the shoe to check for comfort and proper fit. Make adjustments as needed. 5. Wear your shoes with the insoles for short periods initially, gradually increasing wear time as you adjust to the added support.


Recommended Frequency: Wear the Dr. Scholl Insole Knee Size S daily for optimal support and comfort. Replace insoles every six months or sooner if they show signs of wear and tear.
