I have really sensitive skin on my feet... so I was worried these would irritate them. But so far, so good! They're actually quite nice, though maybe a little too thick for some shoes.

I was a bit skeptical about these, to be honest. I used to use Dr. Scholl's but they wore out so fast. These PRIM insoles are surprisingly comfortable, though! I'm impressed so far.

Instructions for Use: 1. Ensure your shoes are clean and dry before inserting the insoles. 2. Remove any existing insoles from your shoes. 3. Align the Conforgel Gel Lined Insoles with the inside of your shoes, ensuring the heel and metatarsal pads are positioned correctly. 4. Insert the insoles, gel-side down, into your shoes. 5. If necessary, trim the insoles to fit your shoes perfectly, following the size guide printed on the insoles.
Recommended Frequency: The Conforgel Gel Lined Insoles can be worn daily for all-day comfort and support. For optimal results and hygiene, it is recommended to air them out regularly.
