I was skeptical about this girdle, but I have to admit it's pretty good. It does provide decent support, though I'm not sure how long the velcro will last.

As someone with sensitive skin, I'm always wary of new products. This lumbar girdle is comfortable and doesn't irritate my skin at all, which is a huge plus. My only complaint is that the beige color is a bit too light for my liking, but overall, I'm very happy with it.
