These are pretty good. They stick well, but I wish they were a little thinner. I can feel them in my shoe, which is a bit annoying.

I always get blisters when I wear my hiking boots. I put these on after my shower, before putting on socks and boots, and they really do help. They stay in place, and I didn't get any blisters on my last hike. Simple and effective.
