I'd always used regular plasters before. This transparent dressing is a game changer! So much better for keeping things clean and dry, especially when I'm at the gym. Easy to apply too.

2. Remove the protective backing from the dressing, being careful not to touch the adhesive surface.
3. Center the dressing over the wound and gently smooth it onto the skin, avoiding wrinkles or creases.
4. Ensure the dressing adheres firmly to the surrounding skin, creating a secure seal.
5. Do not stretch the dressing during application.
Recommended Frequency: Change the dressing as needed, typically every 1-3 days or when the dressing becomes saturated with exudate. The frequency may vary depending on the wound's condition and your healthcare professional's recommendations.
Additional Tips: 1. Avoid using lotions or creams on the skin around the wound before applying the dressing, as this can interfere with adhesion.
2. If the wound is bleeding heavily, apply pressure with a clean cloth until the bleeding stops before applying the dressing.
3. Do not reuse the dressing.
4. Consult with a healthcare professional if you experience any signs of infection, such as increased pain, redness, swelling, or discharge.
