These are pretty good overall for minor cuts and scrapes. They definitely help with healing. My only slight complaint is that they don't stick perfectly around the edges sometimes, especially if you're active. Still worth it though.

Recommended Frequency: For best results, use Ioox Silipack Gel sheets for a minimum of 12 hours per day. It is recommended to wear the sheet continuously, replacing it with a fresh one every 24 hours or as needed. Continue use for 60-90 days or until desired results are achieved.
Additional Tips: For maximum effectiveness, ensure the skin is clean and dry before application.
