Apply the plaster without stretching, ensuring it covers the wound completely and adheres to the surrounding healthy skin. 4. Smooth down the edges to secure the plaster in place.
Recommended Frequency: Change the plaster daily, or more often if necessary, such as when it becomes wet or soiled. For optimal wound healing, avoid reusing the same plaster.
Additional Tips: For larger or post-operative wounds, ensure the plaster provides adequate coverage. If the wound shows signs of infection (increased pain, redness, swelling, or discharge), consult a healthcare professional. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
