How to use: 1. Clean and dry the affected area thoroughly. 2. Measure and cut the required length of tape. 3. Round the edges of the tape to prevent peeling. 4. Apply the tape with appropriate tension, following the natural contours of the joint. 5. Avoid applying the tape too tightly, as this may restrict blood circulation. 6. Smooth the tape down firmly to ensure proper adhesion. 7. If necessary, overlap strips of tape for additional support, ensuring each strip overlaps by at least half the width of the previous strip. 8. After application, gently rub the tape to activate the adhesive.
Recommended frequency: The tape can be worn for several days, depending on the level of activity and the condition being treated. Replace the tape when it starts to lose its adhesion or becomes soiled. If irritation occurs, remove the tape immediately.
