The dressings themselves seem fine, good adhesion. My only slight niggle is the individual wrappers. They're a bit fiddly to open, especially if you're trying to do it one-handed. Otherwise, happy.

I've been using Hartmann products for years, mainly their dressings for minor cuts and grazes. These Cosmopor Entry dressings are a step up. They're incredibly absorbent and stay in place really well, even when I'm active. I find they promote faster healing compared to other brands I've tried. Definitely sticking with these!

2. Open the packaging: Carefully open the sterile packaging of the Cosmopor Entry dressing, avoiding touching the inner surface of the dressing.
3. Apply the dressing: Place the absorbent side of the dressing directly onto the wound, ensuring it covers the entire wound area and extends slightly beyond the edges.
4. Secure the dressing: Secure the dressing in place with medical tape or a bandage. Ensure the dressing is not applied too tightly to restrict blood flow.
5. Smooth the dressing: Gently smooth the dressing to ensure good contact with the wound and minimize wrinkles.
Recommended Frequency:
Change the dressing as needed, typically once or twice a day, or more frequently if the wound is heavily exudating. Inspect the wound regularly for signs of infection or other complications.
