Here's how to properly apply these blister plasters for optimal healing and pain relief: First, ensure the skin around the blister is clean, dry, and free of creams or oils. This will help the adhesive stick properly.
Carefully peel off the plaster from the backing paper, avoiding touching the adhesive side.
Position the plaster directly over the blister, ensuring the blister is completely covered by the hydrocolloid cushion.
Smooth down the edges to ensure a secure seal. For best results, leave the plaster in place until it starts to detach on its own. This allows the hydrocolloid technology to work effectively, promoting healing and reducing friction. Avoid forcibly removing it.
You can shower or bathe with the plaster on. Replace the plaster as needed, typically every few days, until the blister is fully healed. If the blister breaks, gently clean the area with mild soap and water before applying a new plaster.

Sodium Carboxymethylcellulose, Polyisobutene, Polyurethane film, Pectin, Gelatin, Acrylic adhesive, Polyester film
