I bought these based on a recommendation from my physical therapist after a knee surgery. I was comparing these with some other brands that were cheaper, but these seemed to have better reviews for staying on during showers. And they really do! They are a bit pricey, but worth it for the peace of mind.

These are great for covering larger wounds. I had a pretty nasty scrape from a fall during a hike, and these stayed put, even with sweat. The adhesive is strong, but not painful to remove. I like that they are individually wrapped too.

Apply the dressing over the wound, ensuring the central pad covers the affected area. 4. Smooth the adhesive edges firmly onto the surrounding skin, avoiding wrinkles. 5. Round corners help to prevent lifting and ensure a secure fit.
Recommended Frequency: Use for one to several days, depending on the wound condition and skin condition. Change the dressing as needed or when it becomes soiled or loses its adhesive properties.
Additional Tips: For optimal results: Ensure the wound area is clean and dry before application.
To prevent irritation: Avoid applying the dressing to broken or irritated skin.
For sensitive skin: While generally well-tolerated, discontinue use if irritation occurs.
Water resistance: The dressing is water resistant, allowing for showering or bathing.
