Directions for Use:
1. Cleanse the wound: Thoroughly clean and dry the wound area and surrounding skin with a mild antiseptic solution. Ensure the area is free from any ointments or creams unless specifically directed by a healthcare professional.
2. Prepare the dressing: Carefully peel open the sterile packaging and remove the Leukomed™ dressing. Avoid touching the adhesive side of the dressing.
3. Apply the dressing: Center the non-stick pad of the dressing over the wound. Gently smooth down the adhesive edges onto the surrounding skin, ensuring a secure seal.
4. Avoid stretching: Do not stretch the dressing during application, as this may cause discomfort and reduce its effectiveness.
Recommended Frequency:
Change the dressing as needed or as directed by a healthcare professional. Typically, this is every 1-3 days, or when the dressing becomes soiled or saturated. Do not reuse dressings.
Additional Tips:
