How to Use: 1. Clean and dry the area to be bandaged. 2. Unroll a sufficient length of the bandage. 3. Starting at the desired point, wrap the bandage around the area, overlapping each layer by approximately one-half to two-thirds of its width. 4. Apply gentle tension while wrapping to provide support and compression. Avoid wrapping too tightly, which could restrict circulation. 5. To secure the bandage, simply press the end firmly against the previous layer. The cohesive material will adhere to itself. No clips or fasteners are needed. 6.
