Carefully stretch the bandage and apply it evenly over the affected area, avoiding wrinkles or excessive tension. 4. Ensure the bandage lies flat against the skin and provides comfortable compression. 5. Overlap the edges of the bandage by approximately 2-3 cm for secure hold. 6. Check for proper blood circulation in the area below the bandage. If there is any numbness, tingling, or discoloration, remove the bandage and reapply it less tightly.

The frequency of bandage changes depends on the individual's needs and the condition being treated. Generally, the bandage can be worn for several days, but it is important to monitor the skin for any signs of irritation or breakdown.
