My physiotherapist actually recommended this ankle brace after I started having some nagging pain during my runs. I was a bit skeptical at first, but I figured I'd give it a shot. The pad really makes a difference; it cushions the ankle bone perfectly. It's surprisingly comfortable to wear, even for longer periods. I can feel the support, and the pain has definitely decreased. So far, so good!

Does exactly what it should. My only complaint is that it can get a little sweaty after a workout. Maybe some ventilation holes would help?
