My physio suggested I get one of these. I was a bit skeptical, to be honest, thought it wouldn't make much difference. But after wearing it for a few days, my wrist definitely feels more supported during my workouts. Happy with the purchase.

This wristband is way better than the generic one I got at the drugstore last year. The velcro feels much stronger and it doesn't irritate my skin.

Recommended Frequency: Use the Corysan Velcro Wristband as needed to provide support and pain relief. For injuries, follow your doctor's or physiotherapist's recommendations. For preventative use during activities that strain your wrist, wear the wristband during the activity and remove it afterward.
