Oral Use: 1. For antacid use, dissolve 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of Brum Sodium Bicarbonate in a glass of water and drink. 2. For mouthwash, dissolve 1/2 teaspoon in a glass of water and rinse thoroughly. 3. For oral ulcers, apply a paste made with a small amount of sodium bicarbonate and water directly to the affected area.
