First time trying a shampoo like this. Seems expensive, but a little goes a long way. I'm hoping the bottle lasts a good while, because my scalp feels so much better already.

I don't use this shampoo every day, maybe twice a week. I find it's too strong for daily use for me, it can dry my hair out a bit if I overdo it. But when my scalp is itchy and irritated, this stuff is a lifesaver. It really calms things down. I leave it on for a few minutes before rinsing.
