I was a bit skeptical about these tablets, I'll admit. I used to use a super expensive shampoo for hair loss, but honestly, I haven't seen a huge difference. I've been taking these for about a month now and I think my hair feels stronger, maybe? It's hard to say for sure, but I'm willing to keep going and see what happens.
