I've been using this for about 3 months now, washing my hair every other day. The bottle is still half full! It's pricey, but if it lasts this long, it's actually pretty economical. And it does what it says.

I use this every other day, alternating with my regular shampoo. I find that using it daily can be a bit much and dries my hair out slightly. But when I use it every other day, it gradually reduces the grey without making my hair look unnaturally colored. It's a subtle change, but definitely noticeable after a few weeks. Plus, it conditions well!
