I don't use it every single day, maybe every other day, because I don't want to strip my hair too much. But when I do use it, I really massage it into my scalp for a good minute or two. Then I rinse and repeat, just a smaller amount the second time. My hair feels so much cleaner and bouncier after. The only thing is that it doesn't lather as much as other shampoos I've used, but I guess that's because it's sulfate-free.
