The smell is pretty strong at first but it fades quickly. I like it it's kinda earthy. Helps me wind down after work though I just pop one before bed and im out like a light.

I was a bit skeptical about trying these, but I figured I'd give them a shot. I take one after my evening shower and honestly, I've noticed a slight improvement in my sleep. Still not completely sold, but pleasantly surprised so far.

I've been taking these for a couple of weeks now, and I do think they're helping me wind down in the evenings. I used to take a different magnesium supplement, but this one seems to have a more noticeable effect on my sleep quality. The only thing I'm not completely sold on is the size of the tablets, they're a little on the large side for me to swallow comfortably. But overall, pretty happy with the results.

The smell is actually quite pleasant! It's a subtle, earthy scent, not overpowering at all. I was worried it would have that vitamin-y smell that some supplements have, but this is much nicer. Makes taking them before bed a little more enjoyable.
