Directions for Use:

1. Perform a skin allergy test 48 hours before each application. This is crucial even if you have previously used colouring products.
2. Protect your clothing. Wear an old towel or cape to prevent staining.
3. Prepare the mixture: In a non-metallic bowl, combine equal parts of the Herbatint 5M Light Brown Mahogany colour and the Glycol Developer. Mix thoroughly until you have a smooth, consistent cream.
4. Application for first-time users: Apply the mixture to dry, unwashed hair, starting from the roots and working towards the ends. Ensure complete and even coverage.
5. Application for root touch-ups: Apply the mixture only to the regrowth area. Leave on for 30 minutes.
6. Application for full-length colour refresh: After 30 minutes on the roots, apply the remaining mixture to the lengths and ends. Leave on for a further 10 minutes.
7. Rinse thoroughly: After the total processing time (40 minutes for full colour, 30 minutes for root touch-up), rinse your hair with warm water until the water runs clear.
8. Apply the Normalizing Shampoo: Gently massage the Normalizing Shampoo into your hair and scalp. Rinse thoroughly.
9. Apply the Royal Cream conditioner: Apply the Royal Cream conditioner to your hair, leave on for 5 minutes, and then rinse thoroughly. This will help to seal the colour and leave your hair soft and shiny.

Recommended Frequency:

For root touch-ups, reapply every 4-6 weeks as needed. For full colour refresh, reapply as desired based on colour fading and regrowth.

Additional Tips:

1. For more vibrant results, use on dry, unwashed hair. 2. Always perform a strand test before applying the colour to your entire head, especially if you are unsure of the final result. 3. If the mixture comes into contact with your skin, wipe it off immediately with a damp cloth. 4. Do not use metallic bowls or utensils when mixing the colour. 5. Store any unused product in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Always close the bottles tightly after use. 6. If you experience any irritation, discontinue use and consult a physician. 7. The colour result may vary depending on your natural hair colour and hair condition.
