The smell is actually quite nice, a bit floral. And it does linger in your hair for a day or two after you dye it, which I don't mind at all. It's not overpowering.

I'm a Farmatint loyalist, so I had to try this color. It's good, not my fave of theirs (the ash blonde is still the queen) but it delivers. Hair feels soft, color is vibrant. Lasts a decent amount of time, about 4 weeks before I see roots. Solid choice.

Ingredients
Permanent hair dye made with the innovative active colour complex, with sun filter and ceramides to protect the hair.
Farmatint 7 M Auburn Blonde 150ml is an ammonia and paraben free hair dye. This product contains vegetable ingredients and natural oils. In its composition we also find an exclusive formulation of argan oil and macadamia oil, which will provide great nutrition, softness, shine and hydration to the hair. That is to say, at the same time that we colour the hair, we will be contributing to hair regeneration.
Who is it suitable for?
It is suitable for those who wish to dye their hair auburn blonde.
How is it applied?
First, mix the colour developer and apply it to unwashed hair. Leave it on for 30 minutes and if you only need a touch-up, leave it on for 20 minutes. Spread the mixture towards the ends with a comb and leave it on for another 10 minutes. Finally, wash the hair with a neutral shampoo.

Directions for Use:
1. Before starting, perform a sensitivity test 48 hours before application. Apply a small amount of the mixture to the inside of your elbow and leave for 48 hours. If no irritation occurs, proceed with the full application.
2. Preparation: Protect your clothing with an old towel or cape. Wear the provided gloves.
3. Mixing: Carefully follow the instructions provided in the product leaflet to mix the colour developer and the colouring cream in the correct proportions.
4. Application to Unwashed Hair: Apply the mixture to dry, unwashed hair. For first-time applications, start applying the mixture from the roots to the ends, ensuring complete coverage.
5. Development Time: Leave the mixture on your hair for 30 minutes. For root touch-ups, apply the mixture to the roots only and leave for 20 minutes. Then, distribute the remaining mixture through the lengths and ends of your hair and leave for a further 10 minutes.
6. Rinsing: After the development time, rinse your hair thoroughly with lukewarm water until the water runs clear.
7. After-Colour Conditioner: Apply the provided after-colour conditioner, leave it on for a few minutes, and then rinse thoroughly. This will help to seal the colour and add shine.
Recommended Frequency:
For permanent colour, re-apply every 4-6 weeks as needed to cover roots or refresh the colour. For touch-ups, apply as needed based on root regrowth.
Additional Tips:
1. Always perform a sensitivity test before each application, even if you have used the product before.
2. For best results, use on dry, unwashed hair. 3. Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse immediately with plenty of water. 4. If you have a significant amount of grey hair, it is recommended to leave the colour on for the full 30 minutes, even for touch-ups. 5. To maintain vibrant colour and healthy hair, use a shampoo and conditioner specifically designed for colour-treated hair. 6. Protect your coloured hair from sun exposure by wearing a hat or using hair products with UV protection.
