My dermatologist recommended this for my eczema-prone skin. It's definitely gentle and doesn't irritate, which is a huge win. Skin feels clean and hydrated after use. The only minor thing is the pump dispenses a bit too much product at once, so I have to be careful not to waste any. Otherwise, really happy with it.

Directions for use: 1. Apply A-DERMA Exomega Shower Oil to wet skin.
2. Gently massage the oil onto the skin to create a light lather. 3. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. 4. Gently pat the skin dry with a soft towel. Avoid rubbing.
Recommended frequency: Use daily or as often as needed.
