I found this after looking at so many options. It applies really well over my mattifying primer and holds up all day, even when I use a setting spray. The finish is natural, not too matte or dewy.

This foundation offers excellent coverage, definitely an upgrade from my old brand. The color is spot-on, and it lasts through my whole workday, even a quick gym session. I do wish the application was a tiny bit smoother; sometimes it takes an extra moment to blend out completely, but once it's on, the finish is fantastic. It controls shine well without looking cakey.
