Directions for Use: 1. Cleanse your face thoroughly with your usual cleanser. 2. Apply a pea-sized amount of Neutrogena Retinol Boost Cream to your face and neck. 3. Gently massage the cream into your skin using upward circular motions. 4. Avoid the eye area. 5. If using in the morning, follow with a broad-spectrum sunscreen with SPF 30 or higher.


Recommended Frequency: Start by using the product every other night. As your skin adjusts, you can gradually increase usage to every night. Monitor your skin's reaction and adjust frequency as needed.


Additional Tips: 1. Introduce retinol gradually: If you are new to retinol, start with every other night application and gradually increase frequency as tolerated.
2. Sunscreen is essential: Retinol can increase your skin's sensitivity to the sun. Always apply a broad-spectrum sunscreen with SPF 30 or higher during the day, especially after using this product.
3. Patch test recommended: Before applying to your entire face, perform a patch test on a small area of skin to check for any adverse reactions.
4. Listen to your skin: If you experience any irritation, redness, or peeling, reduce the frequency of use or discontinue use and consult a dermatologist.
5. Moisturize: If you experience dryness, follow with your regular moisturizer.

WARNINGS: Retinol can increase skin's sensitivity to the sun. Use a sunscreen with SPF 30 or higher daily while using this product and for a week after discontinuing use. Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water. If irritation develops, reduce frequency or discontinue use. This product may not be suitable for all skin types, particularly those with sensitive skin.
