Recommended frequency: Apply as often as needed, especially when lips and/or the nasolabial area feel dry, chapped, or irritated. For best results, apply several times throughout the day, including before bed.

Sun protection: While Nutrabalm helps protect against environmental aggressors, using a lip balm with SPF is recommended for extended sun exposure. 3.
