Okay, so I use this before applying my makeup and again after I take it off. It keeps my eyes hydrated all day, even with concealer and powder. I usually only need to reapply once in the late afternoon if I'm going out again. Seriously a lifesaver!

The bottle is a good size for my purse, but the dropper can be a little tricky to use without a mirror. Wish it had a better applicator.
