Directions for Use: 1. Starting at the root of your lashes, apply LIPOCILS MASCARA with a gentle zig-zag motion to the tips to separate and coat each lash. 2. For lashes in the inner and outer corners of the eye, use the tip of the applicator for precise application. 3. Apply multiple coats for a more glamorous and voluminous look.
