I find that this foundation works best when I prep my skin well. If I use a hydrating primer underneath, it goes on so smoothly and doesn't cling to any dry patches. I also like to set it with a light dusting of powder for extra staying power.

How to use: 1. Wash your hands thoroughly. 2. Apply a small amount of Neovital Dogs Eye Cleaner to a sterile gauze pad. Avoid touching the tip of the bottle to the gauze or any other surface to prevent contamination. 3. Gently wipe the area around your dog's eyes, including the tear ducts and eyelids, with the moistened gauze. 4. Use a fresh gauze pad for each eye to prevent cross-contamination. 5.
