How to use: 1. Wash and dry your hands thoroughly. 2. Identify the red side of the file (coarser grit) for shaping and shortening the nail. 3. Gently file your nails in one direction, from the outer edge towards the center, avoiding a back-and-forth sawing motion. 4. Use the white side of the file (finer grit) to smooth the edges and polish the nail surface for a refined finish. 5. Be careful not to over-file, especially around the corners, to prevent weakening the nails.
Recommended frequency: File your nails as needed to maintain your desired shape and length. Generally, this can be anywhere from once a week to every few weeks, depending on individual nail growth and personal preference.
Additional tips: For best results, file your nails when they are dry. Avoid filing wet or softened nails as this can make them more prone to splitting and peeling.
