Clean the earlobe with an appropriate antiseptic solution. 3. Mark the desired piercing location on the earlobe. 4. Align the piercing instrument with the marked location. 5. Firmly and quickly squeeze the trigger of the piercing instrument to insert the earring. 6. Follow the aftercare instructions provided by your piercing professional.
