Directions for Use:
1. Wash your hands thoroughly. 2. Unwrap the tampon and remove it from its protective wrapper. 3. Find a comfortable position, such as squatting or sitting on the toilet with your knees apart. 4. With a clean hand, locate the grooved grip lines on the tampon. 5. Hold the tampon firmly between your thumb and middle finger, placing your index finger on the base of the tampon. 6. Gently insert the tampon into the vagina, aiming slightly towards your lower back. 7. Use your index finger to push the tampon fully inside until only the withdrawal string remains outside. 8. If you feel any resistance or discomfort, stop and try again with a new tampon. A properly inserted tampon should not be felt. 9. Wash your hands again after insertion.
Recommended Frequency:
Change your tampon every 4-8 hours, or more frequently if needed. Never wear a tampon for longer than 8 hours.
Additional Tips:
Always use the lowest absorbency needed for your flow. For moderate to heavy flow days, these O.B. Digit Normal tampons are appropriate. If you experience leakage, try a higher absorbency.
Familiarize yourself with the string placement before insertion for easy removal.
Never flush tampons down the toilet. Wrap the used tampon in the wrapper or toilet paper and dispose of it in a bin.
