How to Use: 1. Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water. 2. Find a comfortable position – you can squat, sit on the toilet, or stand with one leg raised. 3. Squeeze the rim of the Ziggy Cup to form a figure of eight. 4. Insert the cup into your vagina, angling it downwards towards your back passage.
