Directions for Use: 1. Wash your hands thoroughly. 2. Remove the pad from its individual wrapper. 3. Peel off the adhesive backing strip from the wings. 4. Position the pad centrally in your underwear, ensuring the wings fold around the edges for secure placement. 5. Smooth the pad to ensure it lies flat against your underwear.


Recommended Frequency: Change the pad regularly, as needed, based on your individual flow. This is typically every 4-6 hours, or more frequently if required. Do not leave a single pad on for longer than 8 hours.

  • These are definitely thicker than the cotton pads I was using before, which I guess is the point. They're soft enough, although I did notice a little bit of fluff left behind sometimes. Not a huge deal, but something to be aware of. They absorb well, which is the most important thing. Overall, I'm happy with them.
