I use these right after my evening shower. First, I pat myself dry, then apply a light moisturizer, and then put one of these on. They're super absorbent and comfortable enough to sleep in. No leaks so far!

Recommended Frequency:
Change the Presteril Elastic Night Nappy as needed, typically when it feels full or wet. This will help maintain skin health and prevent discomfort. For overnight use, a single nappy should suffice for most individuals.
