How to use: 1. Rinse your menstrual cup thoroughly with clean water. 2. Place the cup inside the Enna Case And Bag. 3. Add enough water to cover the cup completely. 4. Microwave the case with the cup and water inside for the recommended time according to your microwave's power (usually 3-5 minutes). Check your microwave's instructions for heating liquids. 5. Carefully remove the case from the microwave, as it will be hot. 6. Allow the cup and case to cool completely before handling. 7. Empty the remaining water and allow the case to air dry. 8. Store your clean, dry menstrual cup in the included cotton bag until your next use.
Recommended frequency: Sterilize your menstrual cup in the Enna Case And Bag before the first use and after each cycle. You can also sterilize it as needed between uses if you don't have access to clean water.
Additional tips: Always ensure the menstrual cup is fully submerged in water before microwaving. Never heat the case without water. Do not exceed the recommended heating time. Allow the case to cool down completely before handling. Clean the case regularly with soap and water. The cotton bag is for storage and transport only, do not microwave it.
