I was a bit skeptical about this sponge, to be honest. I've got sensitive skin and some exfoliating products can really irritate it. I started using it just once a week in my evening routine, after cleansing with my usual gentle face wash. I was pleasantly surprised! It's not harsh at all, and my skin feels noticeably smoother. Now I use it every other day and follow with a hydrating serum. So far, so good.

How to use: 1. Wet the Beter Bath Sponge thoroughly with warm water. 2. Apply your favorite shower gel or soap to the sponge. 3. Gently massage your skin using the soft side of the sponge for a general cleansing. 4. For exfoliation, use the rough side of the sponge on areas like elbows, knees, and heels. Apply gentle circular motions to avoid irritating the skin. 5. Rinse your skin thoroughly with warm water. 6. Rinse the sponge thoroughly after each use and allow it to air dry completely.
Recommended frequency: Use the exfoliating side 2-3 times a week. The soft side can be used daily.
Additional tips: For sensitive skin, test the rough side on a small area first. Avoid using the rough side on irritated or broken skin. Replace your sponge every 2-3 months or sooner if it shows signs of wear and tear. For a more invigorating experience, use the sponge with a body scrub on the rough side. After each use, ensure the sponge is completely dry to prevent bacterial growth.
