I use this right after my morning shower. I spray a little under each arm, let it air dry for a minute (important!), and then get dressed. It really keeps me feeling fresh all day, even during my workouts. No white marks on my clothes either, which is a huge plus.

It's a good product, definitely keeps sweat at bay. The only thing I'm not crazy about is the scent. It's a little too strong and artificial for my liking. I wish it was more subtle or even unscented. Still, it does the job, so I'll probably repurchase.
