I've been using this Ialumar spray for a while now, and it's pretty good. My ears feel much cleaner and less congested after using it. The effect lasts for a decent amount of time, maybe 3-4 hours. My only complaint is that the spray nozzle could be a little more precise, sometimes it feels like it's spraying a bit too wide. But overall, I'm happy with the purchase.

Never used anything like this before, always just dealt with blocked ears. This spray is so easy to use and it really does seem to help clear things up. Definitely better than just ignoring the problem!

How to Use: 1. For nasal use: Tilt your head slightly back. 2. Gently insert the nozzle into one nostril. 3. Press down on the nozzle to release the solution. 4. Repeat in the other nostril. 5. Allow excess solution to drain or gently blow your nose. 6. For ear use: Tilt your head to the side so the ear to be treated faces upwards. 7. Gently insert the nozzle into the ear canal. 8. Press down on the nozzle to release the solution. 9. Allow the solution to remain in the ear for a few moments. 10. Tilt your head to the opposite side to allow the solution to drain out. 11. Clean the nozzle after each use.
Recommended Frequency: For nasal congestion: Use as needed, up to several times a day. For ear wax: Use 2-3 times a week to help prevent wax build-up or as directed by your healthcare professional.
Additional Tips: Do not share the nozzle with others to prevent the spread of infection. Consult a doctor if symptoms persist or worsen. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Use the product before the expiration date. Ensure the nozzle is properly cleaned after each use to maintain hygiene.
