I've used other Interapothek products before, and these earplugs are consistent with their quality. The texture is soft and comfortable. They don't leave any weird residue in my ear canal like some other brands I've tried. Good stuff!

These earplugs are pretty good overall. They do the job of blocking out noise effectively. My only slight issue is the smell - they have a faint chemical odor when you first open the package. It dissipates after a while, but it's a bit off-putting initially. Otherwise, I'm happy with them.

Directions for Use: 1. Wash and dry your hands thoroughly. 2. Roll the earplug firmly between your fingers into a small, compressed cylinder. 3. With your opposite hand, reach over your head and gently pull your outer ear up and back to straighten the ear canal. 4. Quickly insert the rolled earplug into your ear canal, holding it in place until it expands and seals the ear. 5. Repeat for the other ear. Do not force the earplug deep into the ear canal.
Recommended Frequency: Use as needed when exposed to loud noises or when seeking quiet for concentration, studying, or sleep.
Additional Tips: Proper Fit: If the earplug does not fully block noise, remove it and try again. Ensure the earplug fully expands to seal the ear canal.
Hygiene: For single-use earplugs, discard after each use. Do not reuse single-use earplugs. If using reusable earplugs, follow manufacturer's cleaning instructions.
Discomfort: If you experience any pain or discomfort, remove the earplug immediately and consult a healthcare professional if necessary.
