Instructions for Use:
1. Ensure your foot is clean and dry before applying the Plantar Protector Silicone Pad CC256 TL. 2. Position the soft, elastic fabric strip between your first and second toes. The silicone pad should be positioned under the metatarsal heads (the ball of your foot).
3. Adjust the fabric strip as needed to ensure a comfortable and secure fit. The pad should not be too tight or too loose.
Recommended Frequency:
The Plantar Protector Silicone Pad CC256 TL can be worn daily for as long as needed to relieve forefoot pain and discomfort. You can wear it inside most shoes. Start with shorter periods and gradually increase the wearing time as tolerated.
